After eight years of the Obama era, it was really beyond my mind that Trump would be the successor.

People were tired of living a healthy and peaceful life and wanted to be bombarded with ridiculous things that were too stupid and unethical to be true.

As a foreigner, I could tell that the US was a place of valuing love, compassion, and acceptance of multicultural, human rights, and defending democracy.

Under Trump's government, I didn't know what America truly valued anymore. Totalitarianism? Money? Nuclear weapon?

Those American great ancestors were probably tossing and turning in the graves.
