Hi, Camilla. Sad to tell you Taiwan is not on the list. But there's a writer called "The Accidental Monster" saying he/she set a website specializing in helping "not on the list people" to set up a Stripe account

But, his/her last post was he/she decided to leave MPP and said it sucks, but he/she told me to hire him/her to set up the account and the investment would be worth it.

I have friends in US, Japan, and Hong Kong, so I guess I'll ask for their help.
