I know what you mean. People want to lose weight always say, “Okay, today counts to cheat day, I will start the diet tomorrow!” or “Well, it’s weekend, why don’t I start on Monday as a whole new day to begin?” And after three months, you still drive through In and Out on your way home. We’re all humans, so we all have our weakness. Sometimes it’s okay to go eat BBQ or celebrate mother’s birthday to have a piece of cake. We give some space for ourselves but keep us having the motivation to move on
