I remember my first job at 22. It's a really small accounting firm. Everyone was experienced and had been working there for 10+ years...(I still don't know why the manager hired me...)

She didn't teach me anything, just briefly told me finish this and that, and she went back to her cubicle reading bible on the desktop...

When she found out my account categories were full of mistakes, she fired me on the spot. At 22, I bowed at her and thank for giving me a chance.
