I'm from Taiwan. We are neighbors and we have lots of authentic Indian restaurants here opened by Indian chefs, and the business is always booming.

I once asked the chef's wife who's Taiwanese to ask her Indian husband, "Will you serve the exactly same food in your country?" And he laughed, "No, I need to add ten more different spices into the dishes in Indian."
